One small, very well housetrained dog or bird would be considered. No cats please as family has allergies to them.
The room can be furnished if required (queen bed, wardrobe, TV, lounge, coffee table, dining table).
The room is around 7x9m.
It's in a quiet Cul De Sac walking distance to Castle Towers and public transport.
