Someone in their late twenties, thirties, forties who will be a considerate house mate. The house is fully tastefully furnished. The bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with 3 panel door sliding glass, clean tidy so is one of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and bedside table the other one has no furniture. The two bedrooms share the toilet and bathroom (Toilet and bathroom are separate). I do have my own.
Someone looking to stay long term would be ideal. The rent for your room is $200 per week. Rent is paid monthly in advance and it is inclusive of water and Wi-Fi, electricity bill to be shared. 4 Weeks bond, 4 weeks? notice
